Bio

Magee joined the CSI staff in April of 2005. She is responsible for the overall functioning of the Manteo office and provides administrative support for Director Nancy White and the Board of Directors. She tracks contracts and grant requirements and oversees purchasing, event planning, and record-keeping. She is also the main liaison with East Carolina‘s administrative offices.

Magee has almost twenty years of management experience in parks, recreation centers, and construction. Prior to joining CSI, she managed several large, multi-site complexes in North Carolina and Virginia.

B.S, 1982, in Recreation and Leisure Services Management East Stroudsburg University, East Stroudsburg, PA

Coursework toward MA, 1986, Penn State University, Middletown, PA in Administration/Management of Recreation and Parks

Certificate in Facilities Management, 1994, The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
